Weâre looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, builds strong customer relationships, and knows how to spot opportunities others miss. Youâll manage and grow an account base of engineering clients, working closely with our technical and commercial teams to keep deals moving and value high.

You are based in Finland (or Estonia), happy to work remotely but time to time visiting team in Estonia
Have experience in outbound sales and growing revenue (not just maintaining it)
Have a degree or know how in mechanical engineering
Like structure but move fast, think practically, and donât overanalyze
Are excited about building something new in an innovative, growing company
âď¸ Bonus points if you:
   â¨Â Have worked in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or 3D tech
   â¨Â Have experience at a startup or industrial sales platform
đ What youâll do:
Youâll be the go-to contact for your Finnish accounts â from finding new business to supporting existing customers and making sure their orders are delivered successfully. Youâll work closely with our Project Engineers and operations team to make it all happen.
Your day-to-day will include:
Hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Prospecting outbound via calls, emails, and social selling
Building strong, long-term client relationships â including site visits when needed
Managing the full account lifecycle: onboarding, upselling, issue resolution
Collaborating closely with Project Engineers and Estimators
Acting fast and practically to keep deals moving
Handling payment terms, disputes, and flexible payment plans
Keeping CRM (Salesforce) and Fractory platform clean and up to date
Understanding customer buying patterns and finding new ways to grow value
