Most people set goals.
Very few follow through consistently.
At New Heart for Life, we build small accountability teams centered on fitness, consistency, and living a high-quality life.
This is not a traditional role.
It’s a commitment-based experience for individuals who want structure, accountability, and real progress.
This opportunity is currently limited to individuals based in the United States.
As an Accountability Ambassador, you will:
• Set a weekly goal (fitness or life-based)
• Take consistent action toward that goal
• Support others in their progress
• Report back on your results each week
Our foundation is the 21 Fitness Principles, a practical framework for building discipline, consistency, and long-term results.
This approach is grounded in our founder’s journey—from surviving open-heart surgery to becoming a Senior Olympic gold medalist. He is the author of
The 21 Fitness Principles
, and they now guide how we show up each week.
Fitness is the starting point.
The deeper objective is achieving your goals through consistent action, supported by a small accountability team, and inspiring others through how you show up.
This is for you if:
• You value consistency over motivation
• You are willing to share your progress openly
• You want to be part of a small team that holds each other accountable
• You are actively working to improve your fitness and overall quality of life
This is not:
• A passive group
• A résumé-building exercise
• Inconsistent weekly participation and follow-through
This is a process you live each week.
These are principles we live together—not alone.
