Ehvert Mission Critical, a business unit within Salas O’Brien, a U.S.-based engineering and professional services firm, is seeking an experienced independent contractor (self-employedprofessional) for a long-term contractual engagement. This role is not limited to a single project and involves ongoing collaboration based on business needs. Services will be provided as anindependent business entity under a formal independent contractor agreement.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable AdministrativeProject Support professional to provide day-to-day administrative assistance to active engineering and projectdelivery teams within Ehvert Mission Critical.
This role focuses on administrative project coordination, document control, SharePoint organization, task tracking, and procedural documentation support. The successful candidate will workclosely with project managers, engineers, and support teams to help maintain organized project documentation, support delivery schedules, and ensure administrative processes are followedconsistently across multiple active projects.
This role is administrative in nature and does not require engineering or design experience. Strong English communication skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and comfort workingin a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:
ProjectAdministration & Coordination
Provide daily administrative support to multiple active projects
Assist project managers with coordination activities, follow-ups, and general project support
Track near-term and daily project tasks and deliverables to support schedule adherence
Help ensure routine project items are completed and documented on time
Support meeting preparation, meeting notes, action item tracking, and follow-up coordination
Document Control & SharePoint Management
Transfer project documentation received from clients, consultants, and internal teams
Organize, name, version, and store files within SharePoint in accordance with project and QA/QC standards
Maintain clean, auditable folder structures and document logs
Assist with assembling and organizing project packages, reports, submittals, and progress updates
StandardOperating Procedure (SOP) Support
Assist with typing, formatting, editing, and organizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Transfer draft or marked-up content into approved SOP templates
Maintain revision histories and controlled versions of SOP documentation
Support consistency and organization of procedural documentation across disciplines
General Administrative Support
Assist with data entry, tracking logs, reminders, and basic reporting
Support project teams with administrative coordination activities tied to project execution
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2−3 years of experience in an administrative, project support, document control, or coordination role
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (С1 level or higher)
Strong typing and document formatting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience working with SharePoint or similar document management platforms
High attention to detail, organization, and consistency
Ability to follow structured procedures and document standards
Comfortable supporting multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently with direction
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience supporting engineering, construction, architecture, or professional services teams
Familiarity with project coordination or task-tracking environments
Experience supporting QA/QC documentation processes is considered an asset

This engagement is strictly as an independent contractor. You will not be eligible for employee benefits. Ehvert Mission Critical will not withhold taxes, provide insurance, or make socialsecurity or pension contributions on your behalf. Contractors are responsible for complying with all tax and labor obligations in their country of residence. A formal independent contractor agreement governed by Texas, United States law will be required prior to commencement.
