One of the projects we support operates within the i-Gaming industry and focuses on Latin American markets. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to support affiliate marketing activities for this international project.
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Affiliate Manager to build, manage, and scale a strong network of local partners across key LATAM markets. This is a partnership-focused role, not a media buying position.
You will work with affiliates, publishers, and local traffic partners who drive player acquisition through their own channels. The ideal candidate already has an active network in LATAM and understands how to grow revenue through long-term RevShare-driven partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and manage new partners across LATAM markets (Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile)
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with local affiliates, publishers, and traffic partners
Actively expand and leverage your existing partner network
Negotiate and support management of RevShare, CPA, and Hybrid deals in coordination with the operating team
Monitor and optimize partners performance
Support partners in scaling their traffic by providing insights, creatives, and strategic guidance
Collaborate with internal marketing and analytics teams and coordinate with the operating entityβs Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance teams where required
Ensure partners follow brand guidelines and compliance standards
Prepare performance reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
3β5+ years of hands-on experience in Affiliate/Partnership Management, Business development with a strong preference for LATAM
Proven experience working with LATAM markets
Existing portfolio of active affiliates, publishers, or local traffic partners
Clear understanding of affiliate models (RevShare, CPA, Hybrid) and key performance metrics
Experience working with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
Excellent communication skills (English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced

Established relationships with key regional affiliates and media networks is a big plus
This role is focused on building and managing partnerships with external affiliates and local traffic providers. It does not involve direct media buying or managing paid advertising campaigns.
