Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom and phone
Present company-approved products and solutions
Assess client needs and provide appropriate recommendations
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
Maintain accurate records and consistent follow-up
Achieve weekly performance and activity targets
No cold calling. No door-to-door sales.
