About the Opportunity
We work with union members, association members, and working families across North America who have requested information about their available benefit programs.
This role is focused on helping people who are already looking for guidance, not chasing leads or making random calls.
That means:
No cold calling
No door-to-door work
No contacting people who have not requested information
Conversations with members who are expecting support
This position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys flexibility, working independently, and helping others, while still having access to training, mentorship, and a proven team system.
What You’ll Do
Speak with members by phone, Zoom, or virtual appointment
Review the benefit information they requested
Explain available options in a simple and professional way
Help families understand programs that may fit their needs
Provide follow-up support and maintain long-term client relationships
Take part in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship
Develop leadership skills as you grow within the organization
Contribute to a positive, goal-driven team environment
