In this role, you will support customers using our Supply Chain Risk Management solution, helping them onboard successfully, manage critical supplier and risk data, and gain valuable insights through reporting and analytics.
You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to resolve queries, maintain data quality, and deliver meaningful dashboards and reports. Leveraging your expertise in SQL, Excel, and data modeling, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, reliable data that enables customers to identify, assess, and manage supply chain risks effectively.
Responsibilities
Support customer onboarding activities and manage cases end-to-end, ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience
Handle customer data-related requests, including validation, correction, reporting, and data imports
Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively
Generate insights by building SQL queries and extracting data from databases
Design and maintain dashboards for both customers and internal stakeholders
Manage data lifecycle activities: importing, extracting, validating, and maintaining data accuracy
Apply best practices in data reporting and analysis, ensuring strong data integrity, accuracy, and documentation
Work with multiple data sources, performing advanced extraction, transformation, and modeling
Requirements
2+ years of experience in data extraction, manipulation, modeling, and reporting
Advanced SQL skills and strong Excel expertise
Good working knowledge of Power Query
Experience building data models, projections, and pivot tables from multiple data sources
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Native Polish language
