For an International Flavour House with a subidiary the Benelux we are looking for the
Sales Manager Beverage Flavours m/f/d
This role involves managing strategic accounts, identifying
business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating cross-functionally to
deliver value to customers and meet revenue targets.
location: Home office based Benelux
Tasks
• Develop and implement regional/global sales strategies for target markets.
• Manage and grow key customer accounts in the Flavor industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive project development.
• Analyze sales performance data and adjust plans to achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure customer
satisfaction.
• Represent us at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Requirements
Proven experience (min 5 years) in B2B sales, preferably with Flavours or food Ingredients
Experince with beverages would be an advantage)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field; MBA – an
advantage.
• Fluent in French and English; other languages – a plus.
