Job Description:
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes
• Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
• Accurately collect and document data during each session
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members to ensure consistency
• Build trusting, supportive relationships with clients and their families
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and professional development
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, child development, or related field preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Reliable personal transportation (rideshare services not accepted)
• Passion for working with children with developmental disabilities and making a positive impact while working in clients’ homes
• Interest in psychology, education, or behavior therapy
• Patient, empathetic, professional, and dependable
