Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed Insurance Agent to join our Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for both agents and policyholders, handling inquiries, processing policy changes, and delivering exceptional service across multiple communication channels. Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to inbound and outbound customer and agent inquiries regarding P&C policies, billing, and coverage details.

- Process policy endorsements, cancellations, renewals, and other licensing‑required changes while maintaining compliance with state regulations.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

Schedule & Training Details

- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (most common), Thursday & Friday off.
