BIM Architect (US Shift)

Role Overview  We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Architectural Professional with expertise in BIM and design coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality project outputs aligned with client expectations, ensuring precision, efficiency, and compliance with international standards.  This is a permanent remote role requiring availability to work in US shift hours.    Key Responsibilities  Client Alignment  Understand client requirements in depth and ensure all deliverables align with project specifications  Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and satisfaction  Interdisciplinary Coordination  Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional departments for seamless project execution  Coordinate across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines  Timeline & Delivery Management  Ensure adherence to defined timelines and timely completion of assigned tasks  Prioritize work efficiently to meet tight deadlines  Reporting & Documentation  Maintain daily MIS reports, timesheets, and project documentation  Ensure proper documentation and version control throughout the project lifecycle  Progress Monitoring  Track project progress and proactively address delays or challenges  Maintain detailed records of milestones and deliverables  Quality Assurance  Ensure all outputs meet client expectations and internal QA/QC standards  Conduct quality checks to maintain accuracy and compliance  Error Mitigation  Deliver error-free work with strong attention to detail  Identify and resolve potential discrepancies early    Work Requirements  Must be comfortable working in US Shift (night shift as per IST)  Must be able to work permanently in a remote/work-from-home setup  Core Competencies (Must Have)  Precision-Driven: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality  Analytical Thinking: Ability to solve complex design challenges  Ownership: High accountability for deliverables and timelines  Communication Skills: Strong coordination and interpersonal skills  Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
