Business Analyst Manager

About the position The Business Analyst Manager will be responsible for leading complex projects and initiatives aimed at driving business growth and efficiency within a strategic program at the Department of Veterans Affairs that has the potential to impact over millions of veteran users. You should be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business processes, data analysis, and technology solutions. The Business Analyst Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, user requirements and mission objectives to develop solutions, and ensure successful technical and process implementation. Responsibilities • Lead and manage business analysis projects from inception to completion • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements • Develop and document business processes and workflows • Analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement • Recommend and implement technology solutions to meet business objectives • Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure successful implementation of solutions • Provide training and support to end users • Lead, mentor and develop a team to establish BA standards, templates, and best practice aligned with VA governance frameworks Requirements • Bachelor's degree in business management, Information Technology, or relevant degree (Bachelor's degree can be substituted with 8 years of additional relevant experience) • 7 Years of Experience in a similar role. • Proven track record of leading and managing complex projects • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software • Proficient experience in data analysis • Adaptable to changing business needs and priorities • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Required) Nice-to-haves • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus • Commitment to continuous improvement and learning practices across BA functions and program teams desired Benefits • Medical, Dental, and Vision • Health Saving Account (when enrolled in eligible plan) with Company contribution • Company paid Life, Accidental Death, Short-term & Long-term Disability • Voluntary Accident, Hospital Indemnity, & Critical Care Insurance • Voluntary Medical & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts • Accrued Paid Time Off & Company Paid Holidays • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company match
