We are looking for a Business Operations Associate who can support client communication, demos, outreach, coordination, and relationship-building activities related to SOLO Network and SPARK+ initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct online client meetings, product demos, and presentations
Follow up with leads, institutions, employers, learners, and partners professionally
Support outreach and lead generation activities through networking, LinkedIn, and email communication
Coordinate with institutions, employers, learners, and community partners for SOLO upskilling initiatives
Represent SPARK+ and SOLO Network during webinars, virtual events, and online community sessions
Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders
Support proposal creation, presentations, pitch decks, and business communication materials
Assist in partnership discussions, coordination, and follow-up activities
Conduct basic market research to identify new opportunities and partnerships
Work closely with internal teams on operational coordination and engagement activities
Maintain and organize data using Excel or Google Sheets

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work consistently

Experience with client demos or presentations
Exposure to marketing, networking, webinars, or community engagement
Basic understanding of business development or operations
