Job Description:
• Work directly with stakeholders to define, document, and drive business requirements
• Document business requirements using customer journeys, business context diagrams, and process flows
• Prepare business validation (UAT) plan and support business users in performing validation
• Partner closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
Requirements:
• 4+ years business systems analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent combination of education and experience or BSA Certification
• Knowledge of insurance business (Personal Lines, Commercial Auto and Claims, Operations)
• Proficient knowledge and experience using diagramming techniques (UML, Visio, Lucidchart, iGrafx, Miro)
• Strong collaboration skills across divisions and functions including end users, developers, testers, and analysts.
• User level knowledge of all systems utilized by division/team
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
