This role focuses on Cerner Invision Application Support within the Legacy Revenue Cycle, specifically Patient Accounting. It involves incident resolution, configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting EMR/EHR implementations.
• *Responsibilities
• Provide Cerner Invision application support, incident resolution, and implementation for Cerner or other EHR/EMR projects.
• Configure and troubleshoot Cerner or other EMR solution functionalities and components.
• Perform complex troubleshooting investigations and document notes and knowledge articles.
• Gather requirements, determine scope of work, and plan for on‑time delivery.
• Work independently on assigned, time‑sensitive tasks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with peers and clients; provide timely feedback.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Adapt to changing technology landscapes and collaborate with global teams.
• Be available for odd hours, on‑call duties, and weekend work as needed; open to shift work.
