Job Description:
• Function as the CFO for clients' law firms
• Read, analyze, interpret financial data
• Help clients face facts and make decisions
• Present options and lay down plans
• Hold clients accountable for actions
• Meet with clients via Zoom or telephone
Requirements:
• Very strong background in financial and/or accounting roles
• Business degree, preferably with an emphasis in accounting or finance
• Hands-on experience advising small business owners who are under-capitalized
• Ability to spot and explain sources & uses of cash
• Recognize compliance risks based on balance sheet trends
• Identify deficiencies in performance on P&L
• Present multiple approaches for correcting issues
• Hands-on FP&A experience
