What You Will Be Doing
Assist clients with planning and coordinating vacations, cruises, resorts, and other leisure travel experiences
Gather and organize travel information to help create smooth and enjoyable itineraries
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and vacation packages using approved resources
Review reservation details and travel documents to ensure information is accurate and complete
Provide prompt and professional assistance tailored to each client's needs and preferences
Respond to inquiries through email, phone, and digital communication channels
Support clients with itinerary modifications, booking adjustments, and travel-related requests
Maintain organized records of client interactions, reservations, and documentation
Participate in virtual training programs and team development initiatives
