Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating vacations, cruises, resorts, accommodations, and other leisure travel experiences
Research travel options and availability using approved booking and supplier platforms
Help ensure reservations and itinerary details are accurate and properly documented
Provide responsive support and solutions tailored to individual client needs
Monitor and assist with booking updates, schedule changes, and travel-related requests
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and reservation information
