About Memnai Memnai is a self-serve BI platform for BizOps teams. Connect your database, ask questions in plain English, get interactive dashboards. No SQL required. We replace the 3-day wait for dashboards with a 3-minute conversation. The product is built, live, and feature-complete (15 chart types, 6 database engines, metrics catalog, RBAC, audit logging). Pricing: $249-$899/mo. What's missing is someone to put it in front of the right people. The Role You run outbound sales using a ready-made playbook: • Build and maintain a target account list (BizOps/RevOps managers at 50-300 person B2B SaaS companies) • Send cold email sequences via our email automation tool (Mercury) • Send LinkedIn DMs to prospects • Handle replies, book demos, track pipeline • Report weekly: outreach sent, replies, demos booked, insights Everything is documented — email templates, LinkedIn scripts, objection handlers, weekly rhythm, target list criteria. You execute and iterate. Compensation • Base salary: $0 • Demo bonus: $50 per qualified demo booked (meeting happens with ICP-matching prospect) • Commission: 15% of first-year contract value on closed deals • Accelerator: Commission doubles to 30% after the 5th closed deal in any quarter • Equity: 2-3% vesting over 2 years with 6-month cliff Realistic income: $800/mo from demo bonuses at 4 demos/week, plus commissions as deals close. A $500/mo deal ($6K/year) pays you $900 commission. Plus meaningful equity.
