What you’ll do at Level:
Manage Draws and Inspections and keep them within the required Service Level Agreement
Monitor team email boxes
Obtains and review documentation from builders as applicable to specific draw requests
Request inspections from various vendors
Make risk-based decisions from reviewing property inspections and documents
Adhere to draw guidelines set forth by Level Capital and investors
Coordinate all documentation, wires, and issues on draws to stakeholders
Communicate policies and procedures with borrowers, inspectors, internal Level staff and investors
Coordinate with Servicing on monthly payments, due dates of insurance policies and matters pertaining to loans in flood zones where draws are involved

3+ years construction experience in draws and risk management
