Job Description:
• Independently develop and revise Navy training materials in support of CTC courseware modernization and sustainment efforts.
• Assist with development and revision of lesson plans, trainee guides, assessments, and presentation materials.
• Format products using approved templates, style guides, and authoring tools.
• Incorporate Government review comments and directed edits.
• Support OMS repositories, file naming conventions, and version control logs.
• Conduct proofreading, hyperlink checks, and quality control reviews.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years Navy curriculum development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Excellent writing, proofreading and design skills to develop training course materials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must possess excellent written and spoken use of the English language.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; and attention to detail.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
