As a Customer Engagement Manager - Budget Management, you will be part of a collaborative and inclusive work environment where creativity, innovation, and teamwork thrive. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Engagement Manager - Budget Management, you will be responsible for: * Processing invoices for payment and facilitating timely remittance with multiple partners * Managing and prioritizing payment activities using CE workflow system * Researching and resolving issues with past invoices and responding to internal financial audits * Developing strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple careerzynith businesses and organizations * Presenting and communicating effectively to all levels of leadership, including senior executives * Supervising the CE Budget team mailbox and leading daily communications, inquiries, and updates * Requesting, monitoring, and maintaining purchase orders and insertion orders required to pay vendor invoices * Assisting in the development of new tracking and reporting templates and helping prepare tools and processes for future planning and analysis **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 3+ years of work experience * 1-2 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting or Business Development * Demonstrated analytical ability and strong computer/systems skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) * Proficient experience in large data sets and Excel formulas * Practical experience with Coupa, SAP, or similar enterprise resource planning software * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to drive results through proactive problem-solving, detail orientation, and partnership skills * Experience working in a collaborative environment with internal partners, 3rd party vendors, and agencies **Education** A BA/BS Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field is required. **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * Competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits package, including health and savings benefits, educational opportunities, and special perks * Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a leading company * Collaborative and inclusive work environment **How to Apply** If you are a motivated individual ready to contribute to a thriving team, we encourage you to apply now!
