Our Engagement Solutions Contact Center is the front line of the careerzynith experience. As a Customer Operations Specialist I, you will be the trusted point of contact for participants enrolled in our loyalty and motivation programs. Your ability to resolve inquiries, de‑escalate concerns, and maintain accurate participant records directly influences the satisfaction and success of both our clients and their end‑users. This temporary, full‑time (40‑hour) position offers a unique opportunity to gain deep exposure to the loyalty industry while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Position Overview

This role is 100 % remote and open to candidates residing in any of the following states: AL, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY. You will work a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Central Standard Time, delivering exceptional service via inbound calls, emails, and chat interactions. The assignment begins in October 2025 and may extend through January 31 2026, with the possibility of further extension based on business needs.
