* Processing card member account renovations, inquiries, and requests for credit balance refunds, Express Cash, reconciliation, and remediation, and membership rewards for the US market.
* Handling customer requests for consumer customers within special timeframes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries.
* Conducting thorough evaluations of credit balance refund requests, analyzing available information to prevent losses to the enterprise.
* Providing meaningful expertise and ongoing support to operations and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.
* Responding to all customer queries in a timely and complete manner, maintaining a customer-first ethos and adhering to quality and compliance guidelines.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bank-end operations.
* A proven track record of excellent customer service skills, with superior written and verbal communication abilities.
