**Job Overview**
This full-time position is scheduled to work Monday through Friday, starting at 2:30 PM. As a Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist, you will serve as a communication liaison, handling emails, sorting and processing paperwork, and maintaining daily reports using Word, Excel, and our company system, Crown. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Receiving, sending, and distributing emails in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate and efficient data entry, scanning, and filing systems
* Verifying and completing required documentation and reports with attention to detail
* Reviewing drivers' paperwork and updating computer entries as needed
* Adhering to company safety policies and procedures
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you should:
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Possess basic math skills and attention to detail
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team
* Have prior office experience in the transportation industry (preferred but not required)
* Be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
