**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Project Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
* Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
* Handling customer complaints, providing solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution
* Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Taking the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 3+ years of customer service and project management experience
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* A track record of over-achieving quota
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Familiarity with project management systems and practices
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* High school degree
* Experience in the furniture industry or hospitality industry is highly preferred
* QuickBooks experience preferred
