Position Overview
We are expanding our Customer Care team in the Las Vegas, NV region and are looking for enthusiastic, service‑driven individuals to fill the role of Remote Customer Service Representative – Pharmacy Benefits. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for members who need assistance with their prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail‑order services. Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer‑facing role (call center, retail, hospitality, military service, or similar environment).
