Customer Success Manager

Customer Success Manager   Location: Remote - UK based   Salary: Starting from £39,000 generous bonus scheme, car allowance and comprehensive benefits package      We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join Esri UK, with responsibility for both existing customer success and new customer acquisition, helping organisations unlock value from GIS and location intelligence.    This is a hybrid commercial and customer success role, combining long-term account development with new business growth across priority markets.    You will work closely with customers and prospects within the real estate and retail markets to understand their business challenges, identify opportunities, and ensure they are achieving measurable value from GIS.      What you will do  This role is approximately 70% existing customers and 30% new customer acquisition, including:  Develop and grow relationships with both existing customers and new prospects  Identify, shape and close new business opportunities with new customers  Develop Customer Success Plans for existing accounts and account strategies for new prospects  Manage full sales cycle activity including qualification, solution design and closure  Maintain and grow pipeline activity across new and existing customers  Present and demonstrate Esri solutions and articulate business value  Coordinate internal teams including Sales, Professional Services, Pre-Sales and Partners  Support negotiation and closure of commercial opportunities  Ensure successful delivery of customer projects in collaboration with Professional Services      What you will bring  Strong private sector experience in a customer-facing commercial role  Proven experience in consultative sales, account management or business development  Experience working with GIS or similar data-driven / technical solutions (preferred)  Demonstrable ability to win and close new business  Strong commercial awareness and structured sales methodology experience  Excellent communication and relationship-building skills  Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a target-driven environment      Why join us?  We offer a competitive salary and bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including pension, healthcare and flexible working.  Generous bonus scheme  6% company pension  Private healthcare  Gym/wellbeing contribution  Cycle to Work scheme  Enhanced family-friendly policies  Paid volunteering opportunities  Flexible working and support for continual learning and development      Other  Due to the nature of our customers and data, you must be based in the UK and willing to complete relevant security checks.      A little more about us  Esri UK uses mapping technology to help our customers solve the world’s most complex challenges.
