About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at careerzynith, you will be the trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise‑level clients, guiding them through the full lifecycle of our workplace equity solutions. You will partner closely with C‑suite leaders, HR and compensation analysts, and internal cross‑functional teams to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes, maintain compliance, and extract maximum value from our platform.

We offer a competitive, geo‑neutral compensation package that reflects your experience and impact. Base salary ranges from $99,000 – $116,000, complemented by a performance‑based variable component of up to 20%. In addition, you will receive:
