Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Data Entry Clerk to accurately capture, maintain, and manage data across our systems. This fully remote role is well suited to a meticulous individual who works quickly and takes pride in delivering error-free results.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately capture and input data into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases
Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner
Maintain organised digital records and filing systems
Generate basic reports and summaries from captured data as required
Liaise with team members to clarify data requirements or resolve queries
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications and Experience
1+ years of experience in a data entry or administrative support role
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 45 WPM preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Familiarity with CRM or database management systems is advantageous
Good written communication skills for internal correspondence
Matric certificate required; relevant diploma or certificate is advantageous
Salary: R25,000/month | 100% Remote
