The Role
We’re looking for a math wizard — someone who lives and breathes statistical analysis, experimental design, and forecasting. You’ll help us uncover insights from complex healthcare data, build predictive models that scale, and design research-grade analyses that directly influence product strategy and clinical decision-making.

What You’ll Do
• Advanced Analytics & Modeling
• Design and implement predictive and forecasting models for operational and strategic metrics
• Conduct large-scale data analyses to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
• Optimization Modeling Development
• Collaborate with lead data scientist to build and evolve core optimization models (MILP) to improve precision, efficiency, and scalability
• Continuously iterate models based on new data and evolving business needs
• Leadership & Autonomy
• Operate independently on complex analytical tasks and mentor junior analysts
• Provide clear, actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
• Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and big data tools. Experience with Gurobi.
• Expertise in forecasting methods, statistical modeling, and optimization techniques/models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing and internal interactions
Preferred Skills
• Experience with healthcare or operational analytics
• Experience with Gurobi
• Knowledge of survey data transformation and workflow analysis
• Expertise in machine learning
