Required Skills & Experience
15+ years of overall experience in data management and enterprise data solutions
Strong expertise in:Informatica IDMC MDM / Informatica MDM Hub
Reltio MDM platform
Equivalent MDM
Proven experience in end-to-end MDM implementation (at least 2–3 large programs)
Hands-on experience with integration tools/APIs for:Salesforce (SFDC)
SAP (S/4HANA / ECC)
Oracle EBS
Strong knowledge of:Data modeling (Relational & Hierarchical)
Data governance frameworks (Collibra, Axon, etc. preferred)
Data quality tools (Informatica DQ/CDQ)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) and data platforms like Snowflake
Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT concepts, and API-based integration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in multi-domain MDM (Customer, Product, Supplier, etc.)
Exposure to data migration and legacy system modernization programs
Familiarity with Agile/DevOps delivery models
Strong knowledge of data security and compliance frameworks
Relevant certifications in Informatica, Reltio, or cloud platforms
Soft Skills
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management
Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture solutions
Leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore)
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
