Responsibilites
Assist clients with planning destination-based travel experiences and vacation arrangements
Gather and organize travel details, including accommodations, activities, transportation, and package components
Utilize approved booking resources to explore options that align with client preferences
Help coordinate travel plans from the initial inquiry through final confirmation
Provide timely updates and support regarding travel requests and reservation status
Address client questions and offer solutions throughout the planning process
Maintain organized digital records and ensure travel information is properly documented
Attend virtual training sessions and stay informed on travel products, destinations, and industry updates
