Director, Strategic Solutions

Job Description: • Drive net new business by leveraging your existing relationships at pharma companies, biotechs, and CROs • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract close • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical operations, patient recruitment, and study management decision-makers • Partner with our operations team to ensure smooth study onboarding and client satisfaction • Represent 1nHealth at industry conferences and events such as SCOPE and DIA • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in our CRM (Pipedrive) Requirements: • 7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in a quota-carrying, individual contributor role • Proven book of business—you come with relationships at pharma, biotech, or CRO companies and know how to activate them • Background in clinical trial services, patient recruitment, or a related clinical research service (strongly preferred) • Familiarity with how clinical trials are staffed and managed, and who holds the budget for recruitment services • Understanding of clinical trial buying cycles, including study budget timing, RFP processes, and preferred-vendor list dynamics • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets • Strong ability to engage clinical operations, project management, and VP-level decision-makers • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving startup environment with high autonomy • Proficiency with CRM tools (Pipedrive a plus) and modern sales engagement platforms Benefits: • Unlimited PTO • 100% remote work • Access to employee discount program • 401(k) with employer contribution • Employer-covered basic Life Insurance
