About the Role
We’re hiring a Discovery Call Specialist to support law firms by conducting client interviews and gathering information needed for litigation discovery.
This role is ideal for candidates who prefer non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, while working remotely in a structured, professional environment.
You will not provide legal advice. Your responsibility is to guide clients through structured questions and document their responses accurately.

What You’ll Do
Client Outreach & Scheduling
• Reach out to clients to schedule interviews
• Conduct discovery calls during evening/weekend hours
• Track outreach attempts and maintain documentation
Client Interviews & Documentation
• Walk clients through structured questionnaires
• Record responses clearly and accurately
• Identify and flag missing or inconsistent information
Case Awareness
• Review basic case details prior to calls
• Ensure all required information is collected
Collaboration
• Partner with internal teams to support discovery preparation
• Escalate issues when needed
Compliance
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data security protocols
• Stay within administrative scope (no legal advice)
What You Bring
Required
• 1–3 years in client intake or legal support
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable handling sensitive conversations
• Able to work evenings and weekends consistently
• Bilingual in Spanish
Preferred
• Experience with litigation or discovery
• Familiarity with legal questionnaires or document collection
• Experience with EsquireTek or similar tools
• AI prompting familiarity
• Paralegal certificate or related training
