Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Phone Customer Service team. In this role, you will be the voice of careerzynith, delivering exceptional support to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience that drives retention and satisfaction. careerzynith offers flexible scheduling to accommodate a variety of lifestyles. During the paid training period (August 25 – September 12, Monday‑Friday, 9 am – 4 pm), you will receive comprehensive instruction on our systems, policies, and best practices. After training, you may select from the following regular shift options:

The base hourly wage is $14.50. A shift differential of $0.75 per hour applies for the 2nd shift (any scheduled hours that fall between 4 pm – 12 am on a routine basis). This role is initially classified as a temporary, non‑benefited position, but high performers have the opportunity to transition into a regular, full‑time role within five months, based on performance and organizational needs.
