eCommerce Account Administrator

Job Description: • Set up, maintain, and optimize product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Chewy, etc.) • Ensure all listings follow platform best practices for titles, bullets, descriptions, images, digital assets, keywords and attributes • Organize and prepare digital brand assets for retailer use, including images, copy, descriptions, supporting marketing materials and price sheets • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and refine product page content and brand listings • Proactively audit product listings, catalog health, and Buy Box status a minimum of 3x per week • Identify and resolve listing suppressions, content inaccuracies, catalog mismatches and duplications and compliance or policy flags • Monitor and optimize Buy Box ownership across SKUs • Document issues and implement corrective actions to maintain account health • Open, track, and manage cases through platforms including Amazon, Chewy and Walmart • Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve issues including listings reinstatements, content disputes, brand authority, inventory or catalog discrepancies, and compliance related flags • Maintain detailed documentation and ensure timely resolution of all cases • Assist with core merchandising activities, including catalog setup and SKU creation, price maintenance and updates, and promotional setup and execution • Support product launches, updates, and lifecycle changes Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace support • Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Chewy and Walmart • Detail oriented mindset • Ability to manage multiple accounts, client calls, priorities and deadlines • Strong written communication skills • Preferred Qualification: • Walmart 1P/3P Experience • Chewy Experience • Agency Experience Benefits:
