This position is effective for a four-month time frame from beginning of May – end of August. Working hours would be Monday – Friday 11am – 4pm EST. This is a fully remote position.
Perform a variety of customer service duties including communicating to customers via Live Chat, answering customer phone calls; responding to customer emails. This job is expected to provide premium customer service to our customers. Support both the sales and marketing departments with all activities.
Successful candidates will have a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions. Duties require effective verbal and written communications skills; visual attention to written detail along with analysis of computer data; manual coordination in operation of keyboard equipment.
Responsibilities
• Provide premium customer service and support to our consumers via phone, live chat and email.
• Answer inbound phone calls during the entire customer service available times
• Assist marketing with communication and feedback.
• Assist and support sales ops initiatives and projects.
• Educate customers on the Vibram brand, related products, and features – be the brand ambassador.
• Manage and answer inquiries relating to order process including order entry, shipping, inventory, and order status.
• Analyze reports and anticipate customer needs.
• Execute all directives in support of the business as requested and within timeframe specified.
• Regular and reliable attendance is a requirement of the job.
• Perform other similar duties requested or as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Prior experience within the outdoor/athletic industry preferred
