We are seeking an exceptional, high-caliber College Admissions Consultant and Essay Specialist to provide comprehensive, end-to-end guidance for ambitious, high-achieving students targeting highly selective US universities.
This role requires a unique combination of high-level admissions strategy (list building, profile positioning, and narrative development) and exceptional developmental essay coaching.
This is a remote, contract position. We are strictly looking for US-based applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Admissions Strategy: Help students refine and balance their college lists, strategically position their extracurricular/academic portfolios, and build a cohesive, competitive application narrative.

(Note: We focus strictly on mentorship and coaching to help students find their authentic voice; we do not provide writing or ghostwriting services).
Project & Deadline Management: Keep students motivated, organized, and accountable to meet all early action, early decision, and regular decision timelines efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
Location: Must be physically located in the United States.
Experience: 3+ years of dedicated college consulting and essay coaching experience, with a proven track record of placing students into Top 20 and Ivy-Plus institutions.
Dual Expertise: Demonstrated ability to handle both high-level application strategy and deep, structural text editing.
Admissions Insight: A sharp, up-to-date understanding of current US admissions trends, institutional priorities, and what makes a holistic profile stand out.
Professionalism: Outstanding communication and mentoring skills, with a talent for reducing application anxiety for both high school students and their families.
