Position Overview:
We’re looking for a relationship-driven Employee Benefits Client Manager to support and grow a portfolio of employer groups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being front-facing with clients, building trust, and acting as a go-to resource for all things benefits.
You’ll work closely with business owners and their teams to guide them through renewals, open enrollment, and ongoing benefits support. While organization and follow-through are important, this role is centered around communication, responsiveness, and delivering a strong client experience.

What You’ll Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of employee benefits clients
Build strong relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
Lead renewal conversations and present plan options in a clear, consultative way
Support clients through open enrollment and employee education
Assist employees with benefit questions, coverage details, and claims concerns
Coordinate with internal team members and carriers to ensure smooth service delivery
Identify opportunities to enhance coverage and improve client outcomes
Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
Active Life/Health license (or ability to obtain quickly)
Experience in employee benefits or group insurance
Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
Comfortable leading conversations and presenting options to clients
Organized and able to manage multiple relationships at once
Proactive, responsive, and solution-oriented
Experience with Employee Navigator preferred
