Employment Paralegal

REMOTE We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a dynamic plaintiff-side Labor & Employment practice. The role will focus on high-impact matters including wage & hour, PAGA, class actions, and wrongful termination cases. Job Title: Labor & Employment Paralegal Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 Location: 100% Remote Key Responsibilities • Manage cases from intake through trial, including drafting pleadings/discovery and handling e-discovery, depositions, and deadlines • Support class action and PAGA matters; communicate with clients, experts, and counsel Qualifications • 2+ years litigation paralegal experience (Labor & Employment preferred) with hands-on exposure to wage & hour, PAGA, class actions, and wrongful termination • Strong civil procedure and discovery knowledge; proficient with e-filing/case management and able to work independently in a 100% remote environment Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (DOE) • 100% remote flexibility • Collaborative, plaintiff-focused litigation environment Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$90,000 – $110,000 annually].
