About the Role
This is a people-focused position built around communication, service, and relationship-building. You will connect with members who have requested information, schedule appointments, and guide them through available benefit programs in a clear, professional, and supportive way.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with members
Schedule and conduct member appointments
Present benefit information by phone or virtual meeting
Answer questions and provide clear guidance
Assist with digital forms, applications, and documentation
Maintain accurate records and follow quality standards
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills
Positive, professional, and energetic attitude
Comfortable building rapport with individuals and families
Confident speaking with people by phone or video
Customer service, sales, or client support experience is an asset
Able to work well independently and with a team
Organized, reliable, and comfortable using basic digital tools
Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
