**Work from Home Requirements**
As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, but you'll need to meet certain requirements to ensure you can perform your job effectively. These include:
* Providing a personal device (desktop, laptop or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless and dial-up ISP are not permitted), and a minimum of 4GB RAM
* Meeting internet speed requirements, including a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps, and no packet loss or ping under 50ms
* Having a clean and quiet workspace
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. This will involve:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Upselling if required
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* To be Bilingual (English & Spanish)
* To be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* 6 months of Customer Service experience (preferred)
* To be over 18 years of age
* To be able to type 25 wpm
* To have a High School Graduate or GED
* To be comfortable with desktop computer systems
* To have proven oral and written communication skills
* To have logical problem-solving skills
* To be able to navigate Windows operating systems
* To have organization and work prioritization skills
