**Job Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and order fulfillment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to answer customer questions confidently and accurately
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
