As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, answering product and solutions questions, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. **Key Responsibilities**

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
