**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual (French Canadian) Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing quality professional customer service through the handling of inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails for various inquiries, including:
+ Place orders/Ship tracking/ Order research
+ Check account or certificate balances or account transactions
+ Returns/Damage/ Defective claims or lost shipments
+ Communicate program rules and program information to customers
+ Product/rules clarification
+ Navigate customers through basic website technical support
+ Problem resolution through online research
* Effectively communicate with customers, co-workers, and management
* High accountability for providing excellent customer service
* Provide professional and accurate support to both internal and external customers
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma
* Bilingual - French Canadian
* Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
* Call center/customer service experience a plus
