**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Actively listening to customers and asking questions to identify their needs
* Advising on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions
* Processing new and/or amended enrollments with accuracy and efficiency
* Ensuring clients' customers enjoy authentic and positive experiences through expert customer service
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences with a smile, every time
* Working with both English and Spanish speaking customers to provide tailored advice and support
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
* An active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license
* The ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English (a language proficiency test will be required)
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and the ability to adapt to new technologies
* A passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature
* The ability to pass a background check
* Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience working in a remote environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of insurance products and services
* Bilingualism in additional languages
