As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and improve the overall customer experience.

**Qualifications**
To succeed as a Chat Specialist, you'll need:

* A strong ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred.
**Requirements**

* To attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
