Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about delivering exceptional results, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for: * Becoming proficient in all knowledge base requirements to resolve clients' needs efficiently and effectively * Mastering all platforms, systems, and tools used to maintain client records, transactions, documentation, and relevant data * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of conversations in designated systems to ensure seamless handoffs and client profile accuracy * Managing high volumes of tasks in a timely and efficient manner, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations * Identifying client needs, researching issues, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to meet their evolving needs * Building sustainable relationships and engaging clients through best-in-class service, proactive communication, and empathy * Meeting and/or exceeding established key performance criteria, including metrics such as first-call resolution, client satisfaction, and net promoter score * Providing exceptional client service and advocacy, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve client requests and concerns * Assisting clients with the onboarding process, providing status updates, guidance on next steps, and answering questions to ensure a smooth transition * Dispatching available vehicles to clients across all regions on an inbound basis, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services * Effectively communicating to clients how to use our client-facing tools, providing clear instructions and support to ensure seamless adoption * Performing other duties as deemed necessary by management, including participating in process improvements, training, and special projects **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field, such as customer service, sales, or logistics * OR a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience; OR 7 years' experience in a related field * Auction and/or logistics/transportation knowledge is a strong plus, but not required * Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in a phone or email context * Attention to detail and follow-through, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness * Demonstrated ability to adapt in a changing environment, with a willingness to learn and grow * Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced, high-energy, dynamic, and demanding environment * Demonstrated experience as a customer-focused, service-oriented professional, with a passion for delivering exceptional results **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of remote and in-office work * Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt and evolve **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
