As a remote customer experience representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on the best destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
* Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
